MVP demo · First Formation Run starts in New York
Month Zero: Ship in 30 Days.
Technology is changing so quickly that software is becoming something teams can create on demand. A developer can ship a product in a day. Turning it into something useful still takes industry expertise, product judgment, design, marketing, distribution, and operations.
Month Zero's agents connect you with four other people and suggest startup ideas based on your collective experience and expertise. Your Circle chooses an idea, works together for 30 days, and then decides whether to continue.
Shared urgency, complementary skills, and enough overlapping time to ship proof in 30 days.
What Month Zero does
A startup experiment that begins with the team.
Month Zero is for people who want to build but do not yet have the full team or a proven idea. You meet through real work, not a directory or a pitch.
Create a Working Profile
Share what you have done, what you know, how you work, and the hours you can honestly protect each week.
Receive a Circle Proposal
Month Zero proposes four or five people with complementary experience and explains why the team makes sense.
Choose an idea together
Your Circle starts with a few ideas based on the team's combined experience. Choose one, change one, or bring your own.
Build for 30 days
Set responsibilities, share updates, and ship proof. At the end of the month, decide together what comes next.
- 01
Idea
Keep the customer, problem, and current approach clear as the team learns.
- 02
People and updates
Agree on temporary responsibilities and use one shared conversation with the Circle Agent.
- 03
Proof
Record what the team actually shipped: code, a demo, research, a website, users, revenue, or another verifiable result.
Who it is for
Bring one strength. Meet the rest.
You do not need to know how to do everything. A Circle brings together people who cover different parts of the work and can commit to the same month. Month Zero looks for complementary experience and compatible ways of working. It does not rank people or promise a perfect fit.

Understand the customer and shape the experience.
Find the people who need the product.
Know the problem, the constraints, and what already exists.
Keep the experiment moving in the real world.
Day 30
Decide whether the team should keep building.
Review what you shipped and how you worked together. Continue for another Cycle, reform the team or direction, or close the experiment and keep the proof. A useful month does not have to become a permanent company.
The first New York Formation Run
Circles form when the pool is ready.
Month Zero does not force a weak match. The first run begins when enough people with different strengths and compatible availability are ready at the same time. Until then, your Working Profile stays in the pool for the next strong proposal.

One profile. One Circle. One month.
